    The buyer received a discount. Then he threatened with PayPal & negative feedback to get for $20. Ask him to return the item...he would not just continued to be a very bad buyer. Why from 100%...one feedbavck would lower my feedback to 88 is beyond me. Ebay of course did nothing after reporting buyer...
