My issue is I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it has not even been shipped out yet ... I've tried contacting the seller 3 times to find out what is going on and to request they ship item asap but have not received even one response... so yes absolutely horrible customer service and I don't recommend ordering from this seller unless you don't care when or if you're Order arrives.....As of today item still hasn't been shipped out...Ridiculous
