Item arrived VERY crumpled, but after a good careful ironing looks good. One measurement was missed so item had to be altered locally, however seller was cooperative to resolve the issue and gave a partial refund in the amount required to have the garment altered. Seller was pleasant to deal with.
If item was packed a little better and measurements were followed (kind of the point to custom clothing) then would have been a very positive experience. However, it turned out to be satisfactory.
