IT HAS GOOD TEETH ON THE GEARS, THE PLASTIC HANDLE THAT YOU GRAB TO RELEASE THE BRAKE IS IN GOOD SHAPE. IT "DOES NOT" INCLUDE THE E BRAKE CABLE THAT GOES THRU THE FLOOR AND CONNECTS UNDER THE TRUCK, IT IS BEING PULLED FROM A CALIFORNIA TRUCK AND OTHER THAN SOME SURFACE OXIDATION BECAUSE MANY CAME UN PAINTED FROM THE FACTORY IT WILL BE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. IT WILL COME WITH A GOOD rubber foot pad either new or used but nice”
