    i explained to the buyer that the set was damaged and refunded him ? this is the problem with online is people tend to twist things and lately expect instant shipments im just a person that works full time and ebayers seem to expect shipment same day or next day i have 3 day business handling time ( sometimes it takes me a few days longer ) but i always ship out or will refund it i can't locate an item quick enough i refund . some buyers don't understand i have been on ebay for 25+ years!!
