At the end they cancelled the order with a message saying that I had purchased the wrong linsting after confirming the pasrt number and VIN I had given them. Also in the reason for cacellation they claim I requested to cancel the order when that is a lie.

The Engine computer had my explorer vin# preprogrammed and it fits my 2013 Ford Explorer perfectly. No problem doing the parameter reset, when I finished the reset my Explorer started right up. My Explorer run great problem solved!
