I tried all of the easy fixes, but none of them worked. Most of the other WIFI modules on eBay were going for $30+, but this one looked 90% identical and it was 10x cheaper, so I pulled the trigger. If you know how to use a philips head screwdriver, you can perform this repair. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
