As for shipping, CanadaPost is egregiously priced, and there wouldn't be any difference as far as what account things get ordered/shipped from, as I use the same shipping system for both eBay accounts (it's possible to ship Canada->Canada on .com, and US->US on .ca). Did I include a re-order sheet with your purchase? That is BY FAR the least expensive way forward.
