    Great item, as described, and shipped quickly. This item was a AC Adapter for an Omron Blood Pressure machine (I needed a HEM-ADPTW5 unit to power my machine). Thanks to the clear description and photo, I got the correct item THAT WORKS! I previously purchased another adapter from another eBay seller that did not fit, and they required me to ship back the item in order to receive credit. The cost of shipping was nearly as high as the price of the unit! I highly recommend BEST-ACC-USA!!!
