Seller shipped 20 loose metal wheel studs & literally wrapped tape several times around the tiny box to keep it closed. In the small box there was 20 studs loosely placed in a thin bag.. There was a T-shirt stuffed in there & two oil seals that were being smashed against the metal parts. The seals were damaged and trash. I asked to return them and here are the pics you asked for. I don't want a refund, I tossed the parts and bought them locally. I decided to leave appropriate feedback instead.

Sorry your items arrived damaged. A refund was process for the damaged seals. We require proof of damage for all items because we have repeatedly been defrauded by buyers saying items were damaged and they were not. We were not attempting to complicate the return. We were just following our policy to ensure that the parts were actually damaged. We are a small business and cannot afford to just refund orders without proof. This feedback does not reflect our customer service.
