    I sent out a console and a month and a half later they finally were working on my order. Said it would be shipped in a week. Two weeks later they contacted me asking for more money to send the console back. They grew impatient that I wasn’t responding immediately and sent it back claiming to be “eating the cost”. I received the console and it wouldn’t power on. I’d used it for years before they got it. If you read their responses to feedback, that’s exactly how you can expect to be talked to.

    This guy sent the SMS in a GIANT box, he paid almost $40 to ship to me, while I charged him $12 to ship to back, I told him if he wanted it back in the same box he would need to pay the difference in shipping cost, he got all butt hurt so I ate up the cost. He did not purchase the cable or power brick from me, He refuses to try a different power brick or take any advice on anything I tell him. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make them drink, just like you can't fix stupid !
