Absolutely disgraceful, parts never arrived and had zero communication for 3 weeks after purchase. Sent multiple emails and eventually they found my package at Australia post, only to be told the following day from auto link that they had lost it in transit and would refund me the money. 1 month of my time wasted, never got the refund or the parts and I've lost a customer for good. Make this right and give me my money + parts for free.
