This buyer did not have the courtesy to contact us. Her feedback is false. This buyer is abusing feedback system because they clearly did not read the item description or look at the photos. The item description stated - Based on age, use and storage a very nice piece to anyone s collection. Appears to have had yarn Guled to it as a necklace. Glue on Snoopy head. Normal wear and tear. Plz see pictures Pictures show the yellow and damaged areas, especially the one on the top of the head
