I ordered the wrong chairs by mistake and boy did I have a hard job getting response from this company I'm disabled and they wanted me to take 2 very large heavy boxes to the post office which I couldn't even lift 1 box not very good at answering there emails eventually they agree to pick them up for which I had to pay £22 absolutely disgusting more then twice the amount they usually charge very poor customer service be careful if you need to send something back would never use these again
