    Hello, we have zero messages from you about this item. Usually when someone has an issue with an item they message the seller so it can be rectified. Also we have 20 pictures of this item which show every perceivable angle and condition of the item. For a member of eBay since 2003 we would assume the buyer would know the protocol to contact a seller with any issue. For ex: a cust just contacted us for a $20 motor, lot of 2. 1 failed, we sent them another lot of 2. Good luck in the future.
