I love this shower gel and lotion but laying it flat to take a picture then squeeze the air out of the bottle and recapping so it looks full was very very disappointing.I wanted more but not after this trick

I was not notified of this customers issues prior to them leaving negative feedback and accusing me of "playing tricks". I would have certainly acepted the return or offered some conpensation for their displeasure ith their choieof product. I would have also encourage them to look at other listings on ebay of similar items. New never used old stock often appears partially used and with time appears compressed. That is actually a sign the bottle was never opened.
