    It fits my 1991 dodge cummins, it lacks one threaded hole for the support bracket for the coolant lines that are above it and that makes you have to redirect the alternator ground wire elsewhere (front of the block on top i found a empty threaded hole i used). The one threaded hole it provides is enough to support for those two small coolant lines. The two drilled and tapped holes provided are 1/8 NPT. If you buy a Banks Power EGT gauge they give you 1/4 NPT so it wont work without some modifyin
