This is probably not the vendor's fault (the sending and packaging process were completely fine!). However, the DVD set is... strange. The first film is printed with the wrong label (labels for film 2 on film 1 DVDs) and has no Chinese dub. Films 2&3 have a... partial Chinese dub (the audio skips back to the English version for all of the sequences that belong to the extended version). Don't get this edition if you wish to introduce your non-English-speaking Chinese pals to LOTR. XD
