    Sent batteries in a loose padded mailer. Packaging arrived shattered from poor packaging. Simple request to return for a full refund and seller says still new. Apparently 20k feedback and still does not understand condition guidelines or apologizing for poor and dangerous packaging of loose lithium batteries. Another high volume could care less seller.

    Batteries are still brand new. Buyer is angry because they are a reseller and packaging was damaged. Batteries are fine, new and unused. Just torn packaging which people are going to throw away anyways.
