He bought 3 laptops from us, claiming 1 and not 2 was having a bad battery and LTE wasn't working. We offered a replacement of the battery, which he declined and for the LTE, it worked with the Verizon SIM Card that accompanied the order. However, he claimed it did not work with AT&T SIM Card. Buyer failed to return the laptop with the Verizon SIM card and as result, we deduct the cost from the refund, which resulted to this feedback.
