        The AirPods are fake. As I am in Colombia, I knew it was difficult to return them if something went wrong, that's why I asked the seller if they were really authentic and I trusted him. Unfortunately, they are a very bad copy. The seller understood me and allowed the return, but since I am in Colombia, I have to assume the cost of shipping and it is very expensive, almost like buying the AirPods again.

        We sent you a return label. You chose to use an outside forwarder instead of putting in your actual address! We have been more than accommodating. As far as understanding you lived in another country, we had NO problem with having them returned to issue you a refund. Again, you chose to have them shipping to an outside shipping provider which is no fault of ours!
