Tried several different connections using different speaker wires, new and used of different gauges and nothing. Then saw one of the terminals looked quite used thus this likely was not new. Seller was very helpful in getting refunded and sending another unit at the same price to do an exchange of sorts. Seller definitely is top notch. hope the replacement works well and is new, it will have its own review.
