      Received this item a day later than expected , thats down to me as not known the path of delivery transit , seller was very helpful and reassuring that it was on its way , all the components were included ,part of the ear piece of earphones fell off but dont think parent would be using that anyway , parent was happy he got it as his old one from 30 yrs ago was on its last legs anyway, no update on the performance of item yet , so overall very good service and good product.
