Both fully complete, the only thing missing was the elastic bands which is completely understandable considering the age of these beautiful sets & those bands are replaceable, regardless, it's an incredible purchase & at such a unbeatable deal! The instructions were in mint quality and in a nice plastic sleeve to boot! The only thing that would make this complete would be the box, but I digress, these models were well worth the wait! 5 Star seller!
