When finally running, there appeared to be an electrical issue of some sort; the loco would run a few inches and then stop. Club members were going to help troubleshoot, but I dropped it at one point and since I can't tell what damage that might have done, if any, I decided to put it on the shelf for a while. The original problem could be easy to fix, but I don't know yet. So neutral.
