The alcohol solution is asserted to be "only used when necessary" with difficult adherence. On the 2nd page the instructions assert that you need to use the alcohol to remove the soap on one side, then make sure to use it on the other underside to remove the remainder of the soapy water. No bubbles or debris! Both sides have cloudy residue though.
