With the tablet powers up CSL plasma is the screen that you're greeted with you cannot get to the settings you can't adjust any Wi-Fi you can't go anywhere or exit out of the program. You can't even do a factory reset even with the Samsung manual website and the only other thing I can do is call you guys.
