Clock still will not work like the post says. I have bought tons of clocks, and they work when I receive them. I know how to hang the pendulum and that is not what's wrong with the clock. when you turn the hands on the face of the clock it will not chime either. something is wrong with the clock when it was shipped.

Clock was running and striking when tested/sent. It is over 100 years old. I sent clock with pendulum off to protect the mechanism. Assumed you had some clock knowledge and would be able to get pendulum reattached. Asked you to send me a picture of how you set it up and you didn't respond. Maybe a few online videos on how to attach the pendulum to the leader and crutch? I think that is the problem. If you have bought tons of clocks it shouldn't be that hard to figure out where things went wrong.
