The description said name was missing. Didn’t mention there was a big hole in the front of the bag.

I felt I needed to reply for any future, potential customers. It was in the title, description, and pictures that the botom front puch of this bag was cut out. I believe the previous owener most likely had their name embroidered on it and did this. That is why this bag was sold for so low a price. Even after received and the customer missed the description a return/refund option was offered and not taken. Sadly, this negative feedback was left.
