Parcel was sent fully tracked & sign, held in German customs, forwarded to mailing centre delayed there, there was no communication from you to our many messages.
Parcel eventually delivered to you slightly late, you refused delivery, due customs charges and sent back. Fault of German post and buyers remorse.
