I have spoken with Seller and agreed to terms. I have explained I am only awaiting the promised partial refund to indicate both a Positive experience and that purchase was made right by his partial refund. However, the refund has never been done. I have checked for days. I have contacted him repeatedly asking about refund - HIS offered terms! I don t know what else to do here. I tried but he disappeared.
