This item wasn't what I ordered, meaning the design wasn't what I chose. I messaged seller and seller informed me that I did in fact order this particular pattern. However, during messaging I informed seller of the pattern & design I desired after the item I initially purchase was never shipped because it wasn't in stock. I did receive a refund w/o explanation until I reached to seller, the seller informed as to why I was refunded and the options that were in stick. I ordered the option I desire
