The part arrived and it is damaged internally. Just like the one I originally had on the engine. I reached out to the seller and haven't heard a response. It's been 3 days.

The powerhead performance is somewhat better than I expected. I struggled a bit to get the motor running because of idiosyncrasies with the model year but eventually swapped over the correct components to make it run. The shipping company kind of dropped the ball by delivering it off schedule and busting up the crate but overall it went ok
