Item was great condition! Definitely some minor scratches but not dents or anything. I wish they’d come with a screen protector at least but the seller doesn’t advertise such so not much to complain about. I bought for grandma and I think she’ll love it once she learns to use it. I inserted her old tracfone SIM card in it and it worked right away !
