the speakers were placed in a box without any cushions, and they were playing inside banging eachother. plus the seller shipped them a week after the purchase.

Sir, I would NEVER do this! The speakers were individually wrapped and padded within the box. You should have contacted me if you had a concern as I'd have graciously resolved it. I will admit the USPS did not collect the package when they were supposed to (rural area) and I'd have gladly refunded shipping. You really should have contacted me as this could have been better resolved.
