Failure to deliver, seller has the wrong agreement with FedEX, who never try to contact me. But they pretended to want to leave the packages on the track list, have also charged customs fees, to immediately send the packages back. A week later was bombarded with joke emails, from FedEx, that I have won $1000. This is next to criminal that you don't care if shipping companies deliver or not.
