Item was new and in original packaging, as listed, but the box had some damage to it and it was only shipped in a bag that didn't cover all the way. Ultimately it's nothing major, and thankfully the product was undamaged, but it will be a gift so the writing, tape, and damage on the box is unfortunate and wasn't disclosed. Seller was helpful through messages though, and I appreciate my offer being accepted. Overall I'm satisfied, thank you!
