So I left neutral feedback because of the packing. It is an absolute miracle that the power supply arrived in what appears to be undamaged condition. I love the CHRS, but sheeesh - you are risking your reputation. The power supply was stuck in a weak box, way too small, with almost no padding or packing material. Don't ever ship this way again!!

Glad that the power supply arrived intact. As you no doubt know we are a volunteer non-profit and don't get paid for the cost of packing and shipping materials. Sometimes, in an effort to ship expeditiously we will use what we have available if confident the item will arrive safely. We do not the facilities and storage space for a inventory of packing materials. We've shipped over 800 items and try to use what we have, usually donated
