    Sent me an item with bits missing and refunded me. Didn’t really help as they said I was getting a freebie but it’s useless as it is so it’s just junk

    Buyer opened request, instead of him returning item I apologised and told them since item was damaged I would refund and he could keep item, he said he would get a longer screw, again I said sorry and said well worked out as you got it free, which he did. I can make mistakes like anyone, it’s how you act after the event and I thought I had acted well. But sometimes you just can’t please people.
