New item open box, arrived with badly disintegrated earpads, not obvious when viewing images normally but with magnification, evidence of tiny black particles from the pads were within the pastic box already. Extremely frustrating for me as I need to use them but can't until I can find suitable pads. Seller provided full refund and was appologetic.
