Box has damage and in the description the seller indicated item was new. Item is not new and has been opened, including some items inside. No way you tell if any of the cards are missing. Mortgage cards are only thing that appears to be new (unopened)!

I made it clear in the posting that the item was an Open box new item. the package was removed causing this item to be open box. It was never used and all items are present and accounted for.
