Hey John, 'The item was listed as 'lopsided on one side as shown' which is common on these switches. You then attempted to fix it but in the process you damaged it. I sent you another one that operates fine in the same condition as the first advertisement as courtesy and to which you agreed and upon receiving it you ASK for a return. If you break something you cant return that. If it was in the same condition as what it was sent to you. I would have happily done a return. Please read description
