Thank you for your feedback but I would like to add some validity to your comments. You opened a case not because it wasn't as described but because it didn't fit. I do apologize that you bought the wrong size shirt but it is clearly marked that we do not accept returns. We are not Kohls or Ross, we don't care 20 of the same shirt and style. I messaged you stating we would have more shirts coming up soon, that are a 3XL and could potentially work out a deal.
