Item was not packaged well it got damaged in transit & poorly wrapped in a cardboard box with a trash bag & duck tape.

Item was strapped onto a 1/4 pallet. The box was also shrinkwrapped to the pallet. The engine was secure when shipped. Apparently the shipping company removed the pallet. it also appears that the heavy item was dropped or possibly forked by equip. The buyer made no effort to contact about the issue and just to concluded that the item was not packaged well. The item was insured but the buyer did not contact for damages. This issue could have been resolved if the buyer had allowed us a chance.
