This is the first negative comment I have received and it changed my 100% to 94.4%. I am devastated because my 100% rating is gone! The reason you gave me the negative percent was in the shipping time, which was completely out of my hands. I would have rather had you return the item instead of giving me the negative mark. Though my reply to you was harsh, you probably have never had anything so important get trashed after 7 years!
