I received two different numbers nits over several weeks. Neither worked. Not sure they were new units. Both units came in different packaging. Not factory packaging. Try to negotiate sending a third unit and refunding half my money... I demanded full refund offering to return the two non working units. The quickly gave me full refund and did not want product to be returned. Lots of wasted labor.
