This was one of the reasons I bought it so disappointing, hence the neutral feedback. Everything else was good though - it was packaged with a lovely Thank You sticker, postage was on the expensive side (as it generally is from the States) and took over three weeks to arrive but was delivered a week earlier than expected, even allowing for customs, which was a nice surprise.
