Sharp cover corners. There is a crack at the front hinge of volume I before page 1 (despite the crack, the front cover is still firmly attached). All covers are firmly in place and are not shaky. Bright gilt page edges on all sides of the text blocks. Nice interiors - the pages are age-toned (though not brittle) and clean with no writing or stains found. Overall the set is in Very Good- condition.”
