Absolutely unfair feedback. This was an international sale (which I do not offer). I was supposed to send to a distribution center within the US where package arrived within just 4 days, which is perfect timing. What happens after that is NOT in my hands as the distribution center handles all international packages from there. Buyer is ungrateful and should realize that international packages take a bit longer even though I did my part and have proof of timely delivery.
