When I received the neon flamingo, I couldn't get the bottom cap to open to get the batteries in. After a lot of effort, it came open. Then it sank because the lines wouldn't align with the arrow. I returned it. Debbie & her husband worked on it until it would open & close and the arrows aligned. She sent it back and now it floats. That was great customer service. I love my flamingo! Great job Debbie! I highly recommend her!
